Experts, scholars and entrepreneurs of online forums have made witty remarks, and sparks of ideas have collided in the exchange of views. During the discussions on the development of semiconductor industry, the deep integration of new generation digital technology and advanced manufacturing industry, and the high-quality development of digital enabling county economy, the industry experts put forward many pertinent opinions and suggestions on the strengths and weaknesses of Hebei's digital economy development in combination with existing successful cases.

Zheng Qingchao, Secretary-General of the Hebei Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Innovation Consortium, said that Hebei Province is one of the few provinces with the third generation semiconductor industry chain in China.

Di Biao, founder of Hebei Yishang Technology Co., Ltd., said that we have signed cooperation agreements with Gaoyang County and Pingxiang County in Hebei Province. We also hope to use the platform to make local small and medium-sized enterprises into such a local characteristic industrial cluster.

Online activities like the opening ceremony and theme summit, 30 forums, 4 competitions, 3 matchmaking activities, the release of a series of achievements and 3 award ceremonies were also successfully completed.

The CIDEE 2022 publicly collected and selected 50 innovative achievements, including 34 domestic first achievements and 9 black science and technology achievements. 3 matchmaking activities including the release and matchmaking of digital economic innovation achievements were held, and 21 universities released 324 scientific research achievements, all of which reached the domestic advanced level. 4 professional competitions including China Big Data Competition were successfully held to promote learning, innovation and production.

The CIDEE 2022 collected 247 major signed projects for the Expo across Hebei, with a total investment of 246.27 billion Chinese yuan, an increase of 41 compared with the previous one, with a total investment of 95 billion Chinese yuan, which will inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the digital economy in Hebei. In addition, the People’s Government of Hebei Province has signed strategic cooperation agreements with China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile and China Tower, with a total investment of 99 billion Chinese yuan. The Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province has signed cooperation agreements with 6 universities directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, including Beijing Institute of Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology, to jointly build a scientific research and innovation platform and promote scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation.

Xu Jie, Deputy General Manager of China Unicom Hebei Branch, said that China Unicom Hebei Branch has reached strategic cooperation projects with the People's Government of Hebei Province, Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Hebei Province, and HBIS Digital Technology Co., Ltd. There are 21 innovation achievements participating in the evaluation of innovation achievements, and 3 achievements are officially released as industry representatives. The CIDEE 2022 also actively explored market-oriented operation and gradually promoted the transformation of the Expo from government-oriented to “government-led + market-oriented operation”. 16 enterprises have become partners of the Expo to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results and effectively improve the popularity of the Expo both at home and overseas.
